Our Team
  • Alexey Bezborodov

    Alexey was born in 1972 in Sevastopol.

    Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1995 with a major in international journalism.


    From 1993 to 1996 he worked for the national TV broadcaster Channel One as a news editor and spokesperson. From 1996 to 2004, he held various positions at First Quantum, which over the years managed Tyumen Oil Company, the Sea Port of St. Petersburg, the National Container Company and other industrial assets. In 2004-2006 he created the analytical service at SeaNews, Russia’s first news outlet covering the container transportation industry. In 2006-2007, he was a railway transport expert at ESN Group.


    In 2007, he founded and has since been the CEO of InfraNews, presently the only news and research agency in Russia, capable of conducting comprehensive industry research for the logistics industry.


    Alexey is the author of over 200 research papers and over 1,000 publications in the field of container logistics, rail transportation and stevedoring.



  • Ernest Doshoyan

    Ernest began his career in 2003 in the real estate holding "Corp Estate", part of the Rostik Group. Over a period of 9 years he built a career starting from a finance clerk, to the position of a board member. A turning point of his career was the setting up in 2007 of a joint venture with the Belgian developer Immo Industry Group (IIG) – ImmoRosIndustry – in which Ernest represented the interests of its Russian shareholders.


    Among the most exciting projects in his career Ernest considers the launch of EcoBazaar Mytishchi in 2011 – the first Russian modern- format food market, the development from scratch and the launch of Freight Village RU, the largest logistics facility in Russia’s capital area (2012).


    In 2018, Ernest joined the industrial developer A Plus Development.


    He has been with the InfraProjects team since 2019.


    Ernest’s key competencies – end-to-end development -from conception, concept development and location selection to the procurement of funds and construction process management.
